Return Policy

We take great pride in our products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

The process:

1. Contact us for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please remember to specify the reason for the return or exchange in your message. If requesting an exchange, please provide the name and color of the alternate product.
2. If the cause of the return or exchange is a defective product, please supply a picture to expedite the process when requesting a RMA number.
3. We will respond within 1-2 business days with additional steps.
4. If we send a defective product, we will refund the return shipping costs.
